CO2 Supercritical Extraction

In CO2 extraction, no solvent, chlorophyll, or impurities remain in the final product, which would otherwise result in a green color, cloudy appearance, and sediment in the drops.

This extraction method is currently the number one in the world, as it delivers a high-quality, golden transparent product with 100% consistency.

After extraction, the extract is dissolved in ethanol, cooled to -50°C, and filtered through a system that removes unwanted waxes from the final product. This process is called Winterization and Filtration.

After filtration, the ethanol is distilled off, and the resin is poured into trays, which are then placed in a vacuum oven for the Decarboxylation process. During this step, CBDA is converted into CBD. If the client prefers, we can retain certain acids (CBDA) in the product, which aid in absorption into the body.

Finally, an analysis of the resin is performed, which is either sent to the client or used for custom product creation.
