CO2 Supercritical Extraction

CO2 extraction yields a pure, golden product without impurities. The extract is filtered, decarboxylated to convert CBDA to CBD, and analyzed. Clients can retain CBDA for absorption or use the resin for custom products.

Cryogenic Ethanol Extraction

MOQ: 10 KG
Ethanol is cooled to -60°C for cannabis extraction in a centrifuge. Afterward, the ethanol, now containing cannabinoids, is filtered and distilled. The resin is then decarboxylated to the client’s specifications, followed by a final analysis and optional product creation.

Final Product Creation

At LL Connect, we create customizable products like Kanapure using our resin. For example, we offer 15% full-spectrum drops with 9% CBD and 4.6% CBDA. The process involves recipe preparation, mixing, analysis, packaging, and delivery.

Cannabis and Product Analysis

We use HPLC and GCMS chromatography for analysis, providing clients with cannabinoid content analysis and optional terpene analysis.
